Policies

Minimum of 1 hour of driving assessment will be required if the client requesting a car rental is not a driving school student. Client will be charged at driving school hourly rate. Student must have a BC learner drivers license at all times during training. 

No refund will be provided for the lessons already taken. If the package is purchased, used lessons will be charged at regular rate and the balance for the unused lessons will be refunded. 

24 hour notice is required for the cancellation of a lesson. Cancellation must be done by email, phone, or text message. If the student does not show up for a lesson, there will be a charge for that lesson. 72 hour notice is required to cancel a road test appointment made by the school. Failure to give 72 hour notice for cancelling a road test appointment made by the school may result in a late cancellation fee charged by ICBC. 

Our school offers private lessons where only 2 people are in the car, the instructor and student. For group lessons there could be more students, student and instructor in front seats and 2 students in the back seats silently observing.
